This is an idea for packing a single portion of the product, the so-called cold sauces (ketchup, mustard, dressing, etc.) in biodegradable packaging made of gelatin foil in the form of a sachet design.

This packaging was created to counteract the waste of unused food and is a response to the trend related to the portioning of food products. At the same time, it is a response to the growing demand for the development of the concept of biodegradable packaging, reducing the burden on the natural environment. The added value is the possibility of modifying the composition of the film by introducing additional substances that affect the antioxidant, biocidal, antiviral properties, etc.
