The essence of the solution are 3D printed frames, which are the basis for the flow system. Presented layout includes a work area of ​​approximately two ccm. In this space, a wide range of hydrogel substrates equipped with perfusion tubing can be easily performed. The system can be used for investigation of cell migration mechanism, the influence of the substrate (rigid, flexible, polymer) on cell behavior, tissue perfusion, cells adhesion and many other studies.
