Contrary to the currently known similar materials, which show ferromagnetic properties at temperatures of several dozen K, the material presented maintains ferromagnetic properties also at room temperature.

Thanks to its unique properties, it will be able to be used in modern electronic devices to enable their further miniaturization and improvement of the achieved parameters
