2. Basic functions of the application: 

- increasing the motivation to change through self-esteem, 

- immediate access to empirically supported strategies and techniques for dealing with a compulsion to play and developing your strategies in this regard, 

- support in identifying and modifying hazard-specific cognitive distortions, 

- identification of stimuli triggering the compulsion to play and developing by the user (based on previous psychoeducation) strategies and coping with them,

- identifying supporters and ensuring immediate access to them, planning and time management, including constant monitoring of gambling activity, triggers, and coping methods.

3. The result of the project will be the first version of the mobile application for people with different levels of gambling disorders. The purpose of the application will be to support people with gambling disorders in limiting or stopping gambling.
