The monitoring online of the waste incineration plant

Control system based on flow-thermal calculations of the boiler and balance calculations of the entire plant based on measurements of actual parameters of operational factors. The program is easy to adapt to any thermal waste processing plant, enabling monitoring of several flow and thermal parameters at selected points of the boiler and in the entire facility.


Advantages:

  • the possibility of stable and safe operation of the boiler and the entire plant,
  • maintaining the emission levels of harmful substances at the required level,
  • extending the service life of critical boiler components,
  • the ability to simulate the operation of the boiler and its individual components.
