The planned product is an example of economic synergy, under which there will be an economically attractive utilization of excess cocoa, which is a waste in the confectionery industry as a raw material that is a source of active substances in the production of functional non-alcoholic beverages.

The implementation, due to the growing interest of consumers in a healthy lifestyle, is an example of a win-win strategy in which all participants of the process benefit.
